The challenge
Create a destination that works as hard commercially as it does emotionally — flexible enough for breakfast meetings and late-night crowds, and robust enough for thousands of guests a week.
Our approach
We mapped every guest journey before drawing a single wall, then layered light, acoustics and materials so the space shifts mood across the day — bright and efficient in the morning, intimate and glowing at night.
